Project & Business Analyst

Responsible for the operational management of small distinct projects, sub-projects or phases of larger projects and ensures that the overall project objectives are clearly defined and met. These projects are characterized by low complexity, simple change and communications elements and moderate business impact.

• Takes accountability for a successful implementation of small, or low-medium complexity local projects, sub-projects or phases of a larger project.
• They select appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives.
• They adapt to and apply different delivery approaches and perform, with appropriate support, project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control as well as close a project in accordance with Zurich frameworks and policies.
• They develop detailed project plans at task level based on the agreed business case. They comply with requirements to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
• They balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result.
• They conduct risk management planning and controlling, identification, analysis, and response planning on a project to increase the likelihood and impact of positive events and decrease the likelihood and impact of negative events in the project.
